Meadow Mill Athletic Club (MMAC) is a premier, state-of-the art, 40,000 square foot, full fitness athletic club housing fourteen singles (International) and two (American) doubles squash courts. It is the largest commercial squash facility in the United States. We have hosted every national tournament since opening in 1992. We offer a full group fitness schedule for adults, classes for senior citizens and numerous programs for our infant, toddler and junior members. Our Kids' Room - voted the BEST in Baltimore - has morning and evening hours to give mom and dad a couple of hours to train, take a squash lesson, lift weights, run, take a class or just plain relax in our saunas or hot tubs while their children are cared for by our conscientious kids' room staff.
